From 10 to 17 July, 2024 - Can Xammar, L'Ametlla del Vallès
One more year, and since 1984, the EMB organizes the Summer Music Courses for which so many students have passed, many of them currently great professionals in the field of music. Thus becoming an annual meeting point for little and young musicians from all over the territory.
As in recent years, Castellar de n'Hug hosts the 38th edition of the Music Summer Camp and the 38th Music Course for Young People . Immersed in the surroundings of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, the young and young participants experience a stay where they reconcile the practice of the instrument and the classes with leisure and contact with the nature .
As every year, the camps and the course for young people conclude with a series of concerts open to families in the Church of Santa Maria de Castellar de n'Hug as well as other City Council facilities.

Who is it aimed at?
Musical camps for boys and girls:
Aimed at boys and girls from all over between the ages of 7 and 12 who have studied at least one year of an instrument.
Music course for young people:
Aimed at music students from all over the world aged 13 and over who have completed a minimum of three instrument courses.
General development of the day
The day-to-day life of the stay is generally developed as follows (indicative table).
Both in the mornings and in the afternoons, classes and study periods are combined with activities and craft workshops led by the instructors. The classes are held in the facilities ofthe Municipal Music School of Ametlla del Vallès.
Some days thenight gameis replaced by theMovie night, theVoluntary concertand thescary nightof voluntary participation. Likewise one day is madeOuting in nature.
In the last two days the schedule varies depending on theFinal concerts. The last night is celebratedfarewell partyand the next day after theFinal Concert is celebrated theLunch with families.
